“Not only are the blinds perfect but the customer service is amazing. We were out of town for the weekend and a neighbor grabbed our package for us. We didn’t know this and contacted First rate blinds regarding our “missing blinds.” They were quick to reply and act. By the time the neighbor dropped off our blinds, First rate had already replaced them and sent them in our direction! They invited us to keep all 4 blinds. Any and all future orders on my end will go through this incredible company!”

“I contacted Carolina Shutter for shutters for my parents' home. Greg came out, measured, quoted a price, and I said, "Yes!" The custom made wood shutters were made to order for a large picture window in the living room, a bay window in the dining room, and a large window in the front bedroom. The installer, Jonathan, was THE nicest person I've ever dealt with for a home-improvement project. He wanted the job done perfectly, and he did. He was not rushed, but rather, took time and pride in doing the job. I would recommend them to anyone wanting indoor shutters.”
