“I had the pleasure of working with Lux Art recently, and I was delighted to find their team to be as punctual and as efficient as could be. Not once did they hold up the project by being disorganized, and they were able to comfortably finish the work before the deadline. There was actually one part of the installation were two motorized shades met at a corner, but the ceiling itself was slanted and didn't allow both shades to be up at the same time. The pressure in this case came from trying not to damage the wallpaper already installed. Their team was able to adjust one of the shades on site, and install without causing damage to the wallpaper. Not only was the issue solved, but also I looked good in front of the client for bringing along genuine professionals.”

He's done all our properties, from simple vertical blinds, to manual rollers, to beautiful plantation shutters and awesome motorized shades. He spends the time and helps you thru the selection process to make sure you love the final product. Something very important and the reason we always call him is that he stands by his work. If you have ANY issues, he will work with you until you are completely satisfied; he will always answer his phone, always show up and always do whatever necessary to resolve any issues. He's a stand up guy with a stand up company. We will keep using him.....and so should you!”

“We have to say it “ this company really know how to follow up with their clients” we literally took almost a year to decide on moving ahead with the project. Andres periodically was checking on us; no being intrusive at all. He was very patient and attentive to every change we decided to implement to original layout. Always kept a positive attitude and accommodate our changes. Finally we just finish the project couple weeks ago and we loved it. Our drapery and motorized shades reflect the time we put into selecting the fabrics. The installers were very attentive and use a vacuum while drilling the concrete which I think was a very nice touch. Over all great experience. Thank you for been so patient and professional Andres.”
