“We just finished building a home and needed coverings for the windows, so we turned to Gotcha Covered. We felt that Bill understood our needs well and offered many options at affordable prices. I appreciated how he showed us all possibilities at all price ranges; I never felt like he was trying to squeeze additional money from us. Although it took a little longer than we expected for our window treatments to be shipped, Bill set up an installation time for a few days after they arrived, which went very smoothly. He even reordered a few treatments at no additional cost to us when the originals were too close and rubbing each other. Bill also installed a curtain rod for us even though we didn't order it through his company. We are very happy with the treatments and customer service we received and would continue to use gotcha covered for our future needs.”
