“I really can't say enough great stuff about this company. I am a new construction home owner. I had no window coverings, at all. On short notice, Derek showed up to give me an estimate the night I called during the busy holiday season. He gave me sound advice and recommendations. I ordered plantation shutters throughout the house. The crew showed up the next day to put in temporary blinds until my new order came in. I honestly didn't think I'd appreciate that as much as I did. What impressed me most was the entire staff's customer service. Kimmie, was a pleasure to talk to. She gave me proactive updates on my order and its status. Chris and Joe were very courteous and professional throughout the entire installation. It is obvious that they want to make sure that you are nothing short of ecstatic about your purchase. I didn't shop around a lot, so I may have paid a little more than some other companies, but it was worth every penny for the customer service, guarantee and quality of work. Although they couldn't promise this, they managed to get my shutters installed before Christmas. Being that I had family coming for the holidays, that was a big deal. She not only helped with decorating but also, such things as where electric sockets should go, lighting needs, fixtures, floor finishes, cabinet stains, stair railing etc. In addition, she designed window treatments and made most of them herself. She is exceptionally easy to work with. She is very up front and fair with pricing. She kept me updated with progress in every area. I have used her many times since. She does beautiful work.
