I worked with Sally and she couldn’t have been more helpful! We ordered window treatments for the whole house and she was very good at helping me choose not only the right treatments but she was very good with color. She also was very thorough and upfront about all the costs involved. I loved working with her. .Paul installed everything and he was very friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to work with Aero Drapery again.

Thank you for your business! We are glad you received your order so quickly and enjoy your new window treatments.

Ordered custom hardwood shutters. Pricey but high quality Hunter Douglas. Installed 2 months after quoted lead time. Installer didn't have the correct hinges, so installed some non-finished hinges and told me he would reinstall the correct ones. Since I live 80 miles from installer I told him just to send them to me and I would replace. After 3 months since initial installation, several calls leaving messages because of no answer, and no return calls, I still do not have correct hinges. For the money these shutters cost, they are high quality, but the service and follow up is terrible (non Existent). Find another company.

We did send the hinges and show that they were received at your home. Please contact us if for some reason this is still not resolved.

I hired Debbie to measure for shades for our home. We purchased several shades for multiple windows and they all fit perfectly. The pleated shades with the motorization were chosen. They are awesome!!! All I have to do is use the app on my phone and I can raise them or shut them no matter where we are at! Debbie did an excellent helping choose the shades and the color. I highly recommend her for your window dressing needs.

I worked with Debbie Miller on putting Silhouette blinds throughout my home. She was very professional, thoughtful and wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted, not only what she thought was best. She has a good idea for color (which I don't) and was able to match my woodwork very well. The installer was also great and because I ordered in two separate orders, Debbie came back twice. We had a small problem with the pull on one of the blinds and she quickly ordered what we needed at no charge. She worked to find the best price she could for me vs. her competitors too. I love my blinds and I would work with Debbie again for sure!
