We turned this small cramped, bathroom into a space where the clients are actually able to use. The previous awkward shape layout was not convenient for the homeowners. We switched the toilet and vanity and expand the shower to a full length with a bathtub. Something the homeowners desperately wanted. We moved the window high above the bathtub to still bring in natural light but not expose anyone taking a shower. This also created a higher niche for the homeowners, when they did not want a designated one, but preferred a window niche. To create a longer room, we added in a subway tile wainscoting. This brought in the side wall tile from the shower through out the room. Since we still want to keep the space not as busy, we decided to combine hexagon tile and subway tile.

This custom-built residence was our client’s childhood home, holding sentimental memories for her. Today as a detail-oriented Dentist and her husband, a retired Sea Captain, they wanted to put their own stamp on the house, making it suitable for their own unique lifestyle. The main objective of the design was to increase the Puget Sound views in every room possible. This entailed some areas receiving major overhaul, such as the master suite, lesser updates to the kitchen and office, and a surprise remodel to the expansive wine cellar. All these were done while preserving the home’s 1970s-era quirkiness.

Designed by Shanae Mobley of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Springfield VA in collaboration with Eagle Innovations, this contemporary bathroom remodel features contemporary bathroom cabinets by Ultracraft Cabinetry in the Apex door style in a painted Pebble Gray finish. The vanity top is Calico White from MSI Q Quartz. The bathroom includes Daltile 12x24 Cove Creek Grey wall tiles and Atlas 12x24 Grespania Tivolo Perla Matte floor tile. Shower floor tiles were provided by others. “The client’s plan was to retire in place, so we focused on updating their bathroom accordingly with a contemporary twist,” said Shanae. “We created easier access to their washer and dryer, which are now in their master bath. We included features like a curbless, doorless shower with a bench, slip resistant tile, grab bars and lighted mirrors.” Added the client, “The hardest part of the project was working the washer and dryer into the layout of the room. Very small bathroom 6'x8'. Needed to incorporate 2 sinks, floating vanity, spacious walk in shower. Utilized sliding barn door styling for entrance door and shower area. Installed a bidet tankless toilet to provide additional space.

This luxurious master bathroom had the ultimate transformation! The elegant tiled walls, Big Bang Chandelier and led lighting brighten all of the details. It features a Bain Ultra Essencia Freestanding Thermo- masseur tub and Hansgrohe showerheads and Mr. Steam shower with body sprays. The onyx countertops and Hansgrohe Massaud faucets dress the cabinets in pure elegance while the heated tile floors warm the entire space. This ADA bathroom remodel featured a curbless tile shower with accent glass mosaic tile strip and extra-large niche. We used luxury plank vinyl flooring in a beach wood finish, installed new toilet, fixtures, marble countertop vanity, over the toilet cabinets, and grab bars.

This massive double shower with natural wood seat, Ceramic hexagon flooring and newly added windows overlooking the ocean not only gives our clients an additional ocean view but a beautiful view from inside there bathroom as well. Accompanied by a new bidet and wood paneling on the wall. This look is one of our favorite remodels.

Loving this floating modern cabinets for the guest room. Simple design with a combination of rovare naturale finish cabinets, teknorit bianco opacto top, single tap hole gold color faucet and circular mirror.

This was the existing bathroom vanity. We reused the vanity and mirror. We replaced the broken faucets and sconces. One of the biggest challenges was keeping the tile on the walls and finding new tile for the floors and shower that would work together.
