This gorgeous guest bathroom remodel turned an outdated hall bathroom into a guest's spa retreat. The classic gray subway tile mixed with dark gray shiplap lends a farmhouse feel, while the octagon, marble-look porcelain floor tile and brushed nickel accents add a modern vibe. The black Boral Cultured Brick wall paired with a chrome and marble console sink creates a youthful “edge” in this teenage boy’s bathroom. Matte black penny round mosaic tile wraps from the shower floor up the shower wall and contrasts with the white linen floor and wall tile. This is a tiny powder room. In order to make it light and airy we added wainscoting in white three quarters of the way up the wall and then accented it with a coastal wallpaper.

Originally hosting only 1 huge bathroom this design was not sufficient for our clients which had difference of opinion of how they wish their personal bathroom should look like. Dividing the space into two bathrooms gave each one of our clients the ability to receive a fully personalized design. Husband's bathroom is a modern farmhouse design with a wall mounted sink, long narrow subway tile on the walls and wood looking tile for the floors. a large recessed medicine cabinet with built-in light fixtures was installed with a large recessed niche under it for placing all the items that usually are placed on the counter. The wall mounted toilet gives a nice clean look and a modern touch.

We enclosed the toilet in its own room with a custom linen closet. The new clawfoot tub was painted a buttery yellow to match the art tile the client found and loved. We had that tiled into the wall to the right of the door. We used white and black hexagon tiles to create a tile area rug and in the center, put in a classic white and black snowflake hex. design.
