This new kitchen is now a wonderful space for a chief to prepare their favorite meals or learn new ones. With a brand-new gas range that hosts 6 burns and a griddle, makes an impeccable place for cooking multiple different types of food. The contrast of white and blue throughout is immaculate, white Dal Tile Niagara, crests like a waterfall over the custom blue peninsula that is the ideal spot for pulling up a chair and chatting with the chef as food is being made, maybe even sampling a bit.

These homeowners have been living in their house for a few years and wanted to add some life to their space. Their main goal was to create a modern feel for their kitchen and bathroom. They had a wall between the kitchen and living room that made both rooms feel small and confined. We removed the wall creating a lot more space in the house and the bathroom is something the homeowners loved to brag about because of how well it turned out!

The white Koch kitchen cabinets accented by a dark wood finish island and Richelieu hardware offer a stylish exterior in this transitional kitchen design in Newtown, PA. The customized storage accessories that sit behind the cabinetry is what really sets this kitchen apart. A mixer lift is the perfect addition for a baking aficionado, allowing you to easily store your stand mixer and pull it out to use it without straining your back or trying to find space on your countertop. The kitchen also includes tray dividers, pull out spice storage, and roll out shelves. Glass front upper cabinets frame the kitchen sink that includes a Kohler faucet, and Task Lighting angled powerstrips fit neatly under the edge of the countertop. Bosch appliances feature throughout the kitchen, along with a stainless chimney hood, and a Sharp microwave drawer in the island maximizes available space.

This modern kitchen remodeling project was a delight to have worked on. The client brought us the idea and colors they were looking to incorperate. The finished project is this one of a kind piece of work. With it's burnt orange flooring, blue/gray and white cabinets, it has become a favorite at first sight.

From the initial consultation call & property-visit, this Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego whole-home remodel was a collaborative effort between LionCraft Construction & our clients. As a Design & Build firm, we were able to utilize our design expertise and 44+ years of construction experience to help our clients achieve the home of their dreams. Through initial communication about texture, materials and style preferences, we were able to locate specific products and services that resulted in a gorgeous farmhouse design job with a modern twist, taking advantage of the bones of the home and some creative solutions to the clients’ existing problems.

We greatly expanded the opening into the dining room, which made a big difference, by visually connecting the two rooms and opening up the space dramatically. We graced the opening with an arch and a counter that can be used as a buffet.

This Nashville kitchen design is a stylish space packed with customized storage accessories that maximize the value of the kitchen layout. Kabinart Arts and Crafts style cabinetry in an Alabaster finish give this kitchen remodel a classic appeal, accented by Stanton satin bronze finish hardware from Hardware Resources. The cabinetry includes customized storage throughout, including a built-in double waste basket, roll out trays in base cabinets and the pantry, and deep drawers perfect for pots and pans. The Miseno single bowl stainless undermount sink includes a basin rack and pairs with a Miseno Gemma pullout multiflow sprayer faucet. The classic kitchen style carries through in the Colonial White countertop. An eye-catching backsplash beautifully offsets the white design, with Emser Fleur Viole mosaic tile. FirmFit luxury vinyl tile flooring in Marmara provides an easy to maintain but stylish finish to this design.

The sink peninsula was widened to make it more functional for food prep and everyday use. Gayler then shortened the peninsula next to the eating area, which improved traffic flow and access from the dining nook to the family room.

When you find a home that meets most of your needs in a neighborhood you love, remodeling to make it more suitable for your family’s lifestyle can make that house your dream home. That’s what happened in this remodeling story. Our clients purchased a home built in 1983 with the plan to remodel the kitchen to suit their needs and tastes. The galley style kitchen was positioned at the center and rear of the main level and had an eat-in area at one end and a pantry at the opposite end. A small pass-through allowed view into the adjacent family room, but otherwise the two spaces were closed off from one another. The existing espresso stained cabinetry was attractive, but it darkened and narrowed the kitchen. The homeowners wanted the kitchen to feel more connected to the other main level living spaces. Creating more light and improving organization and storage were must haves for the new design. They also requested relocating the pantry from under the stairs and longed for a ventilation system that would vent the cooking smells outdoors rather than throughout the inside of the house. Our design involved removing a portion of wall between the kitchen and living room. This one change made it feel larger, more open and bright. It also connected the kitchen to the living room and allowed the two spaces to flow freely into one another. This new open area allowed us to extend the granite countertop to create a peninsula/bar that provides additional seating. To improve the existing lighting plan, we added new LED recessed lights, under-cabinet lighting, and pendant lighting over the peninsula. The selections were integral in making the kitchen feel lighter and larger. Our clients chose maple cabinetry with an oak stained tumbleweed finish paired with creamy granite countertops, and a pearl tumbled travertine backsplash. A few standout features include a set of floating shelves, concrete farmhouse sink, and mercury glass pendant lights. Flooring throughout the first floor was updated to an easy to maintain wood-look vinyl plank floor. Several new storage options were added including new cabinetry where the old pantry used to be, which accommodates the microwave in an upper cabinet as well as storage for small cooking appliances so they don’t take up space on the counters. There’s also a unique angled cabinet right next to the refrigerator. When the work was complete on this project we were very pleased that the design delivered exactly what the homeowners had envisioned. In addition, we were able to complete the construction without causing too much disturbance or disruption for the homeowners; one works the night shift, and was actually able to sleep during the day, and the other travels frequently for work and felt confident that the project was in good hands.

This spacious modern kitchen features Forevermark Cabinetry with shaker style and ice white finish. The two tier Valentino Quartz peninsula was designed to improve functionally in the kitchen and enhance the entertainment experience with guests.
