“Zach stopped by one of my Open Houses at a very opportune time. My clients were not happy with the photography I had shot by another photographer. They wanted the photos either retouched or redone, they looked "yellow." I asked Zach when he could shoot -- he said. "now." He left and came back an hour later, and not only did he reshoot, he made a video and did drone shots as well. The shots were gorgeous -- crisp, clean, and no yellow. Beautifully done. I now only use Zach and it has been almost a year. He has done more shoots than I can remember. from small condos to large homes. He is reliable. personable, and does an excellent job. “Aaron is a very skilled and experienced photographer. He also has a really friendly and kind demeanor - so photo shoots with him are really fun AND you get terrific images from him. He is so very professional. I use him for all of the images on my website - Paperclipmag.com. I profile individuals about how they bring their personal style into their work environment and his images support the content. We're typically shooting in corporate and home offices. I've even profiled a physical trainer - so her photo shoot was in a gym. I don't hire a stylist (because we try to keep the environments honest for the site), but Aaron suggests little tweaks, adjustments and angles that I wouldn't have thought of. He's the ideal photographer for interiors. Aaron always makes these spaces look so great. I'm always amazed at how stunning the work spaces (as well as the people) look through his lens. If you're thinking of selling or renting your Texas house, hiring a home photographer can make a big difference between making money and just breaking even. Think about when you look at photos of homes online: If the lighting is terrible, the quality is poor and the listing provides very few photos, don't you subconsciously associate these bad qualities with the homeowner or renter? What Is a Home Photographer?


A home photographer is trained to make your home look its best. If you are a design professional — an architect, an interior designer or a contractor, for example — consider hiring a photographer to capture your work to enhance your portfolio, and to attract and engage new clients. They understand what buyers and renters are looking for, and they have the equipment and editing skills to fulfill those expectations.

Professional home photographers vary quite widely in the services that they offer. Some photographers include home staging in their rate, some include editing and some want to come prior to the shoot date to set up shots. Others will not offer these services unless asked or will charge an additional rate. Make sure you ask the photographer beforehand what is included in the cost. If he or she does not offer everything you need, you might want to consider reaching out to other professionals to get the best finished product. Before you call any potential photographers, make sure they have good references. Friends who've sold or rented homes before are great resources, as are local real estate agents. Include any specifications you might have, such as angles, things to consider about your home’s Texas site, the time of day you think will be best and aspects of your home you want to highlight.
