Can anyone recommend a pond filter for my 10,000 gal. pond?

We are finishing a 10,000-12,000 gallon pond. I have about 30 small goldfish and 4 turtles. The water is clear brown tea-colored; we have lots of cedar trees and rain comes down off a hill so we get a good amount of clay in the pond. It is a surface water run-off pond. I don't need to have the water clear but want to make sure my turtles stay healthy and happy. I have lots of new plants but they are small and just starting to grow. I have a pond liner and rocks on the bottom.

I have looked at many of the filters on the market and plans for home-made filters. Does anyone have a recommendation for a pond filter that is easy to maintain and is effective? I have looked at bead filters (Aquadyne, Aquabead, Alphaone), PSP clay filters. I don't mind spending the money if it works. However, I have read that many people are not satisfied with the bead filters. Any suggestions for my application?
