They look great, nice and fat. The one on the far right, 3rd pic down, looks like it will have an exceptionally nice caudex.

Glad I was able to help with Photobucket. Make sure you keep pics that don't pertain to GW in separate albums because all the pics in the album from which you have posted are visible.

What a great collection you have there. You just need a batch of Ad. somalense and some Ad. boehmianum next to complete the full set! Can't think of any more varieties can you?
The 'Thai socotranum' varieties are not the true Ad. socotranums from the middle east, but are actually a series of strains that have been developed in Thailand over the years from the original Arabian type for mass marketing. The true socotranums are rare to come by and both seed and plants command a high price....maybe you already have them on your wish list eh?? Both types are stunning to see nevertheless!

I am enjoying them and the differences are quite neat. Even between what is supposed to be from same seeds lot.
Gill, I was very fortunate that an acquaintance sent me some of the different species seed.
I would really like to grow some of the "X"s. Like obesum x swazicum,
obesum x crispum.
After I bought the seeds for the Thai socotranums, I found out that they where not necessarily the true Thai Soco's as you say.
It really does not matter.
