Is it a skylight or lighting?

The skylight is approximately 48" x 48". It is a clear glass Velux unit on the roof with a framed shaft down to the ceiling. The ceiling opening is surrounded with moldings and a grid pattern inlay. We then placed white laminated glass in the four square openings so that the natural light filters through without one being able to see the skylight shaft. There are several components involved in the construction of this design (skylight, framing, sheetrock, moldings, interior carpentry, painting, and glass). Since it was built as part of the entire home, it is very difficult to determine the price for the skylight as a stand alone feature.
