Gosh! I thought Geraniums (Pelargoniums) liked heat and sun. My Pelargoniums get full day sun. Soooo.... are we talking a true Geranium or a Pelargonium... frequently called a Geranium?

According to Sunset, it's a true Geranium and is best in "cool- and mild-summer regions, where plants can grow in full sun or light shade. In hot-summer areas, give afternoon shade."

Yes, it is a true Geranium. And yes, isn't it beautiful?? I'm still trying to find the best spot for it where it won't get too much sun but enough to show off the color and also a space large enough for it to spread.

OOOOOO! That is pretty! We get the native Cranesbill blooming every spring all over the property. It retreats or dies back when the heat arrives. I'm not sure where I could plant this that it would survive.... hey! Maybe the front bed near the house where I have all the heat sensitive Salvias.
