Overwintering Angel Trumpet

In the Spring my Mom purchased two 4 foot tall "Angel Trumpets" with a "Y". I repotted them in a 16"-20" inch pot and put the outside for the summer. They developed lots of holes in the middle of the leaves.

A few weeks ago they were brought inside into a "sunroom", an unheated addition attached to the house with lots of windows. It gets cold enough to use as a fridge in the winter, but never gets below freezing because of green house effect and hear leaking from the house. A Jade plant and some geraniums routinely survive the winter there.

My questions:
1.) Can I overwinter it as a house plant in the sunroom?
2.) Why hasn't it bloomed? What can I do to get it to bloom next year?
