Euphobia ID help?

I bought this at a local Calloways. The tag says Euphorbia species, but even the nursery of origin, Steve's Leaves, can't ID it. I'll post a close up pic for more info. It is very stiff and prickly, but seems to be more pendulous in nature than your standard Euphorbia.
Any info is appreciated.

I would guess Euphorbia inverses triangularis. LOL. It would be helpful to know if it has a caudex. I am reasonably certain it is not Euphorbia squarrosa. I see you've posted also on "Name That..." forum and the suggested name, Euphorbia antiquorum, it is not; the arms are much too thick.

I doubt it has a caudex, as this is in a 4" pot. It is very fine boned for a Euphorbia. It has much thinner branches than trigona, antiquorum or triangularis. The branching is strong and erratic and seems to spray down and outwards rather than upwards. Damifino....(pardon my Italian, LOL)
