How to treat for any problem, and what to use to treat for any problem, depends on what the problem is. You need to do more detective work to identify what is causing the holes in those plant leaves.
What the holes look like can often give an indication of what you have, ie. large, jagged holes usually indicate slugs (or snails) while small neat round pin holes might be Aphids, Flea Beetles, etc. Possibly putting some sticky traps out may help trap what is causing the problem, however, there is some (not much) evidence to indicate that sticky traps may also trap beneficial insects.
