Name That Rose!

Yellow rose (is this a shrub or climbing)

Hello,

I'm new to roses and have taken an interest since reading the various rose forums here. This is blooming at the end of my street in a very run down, dilapidated yard. The weeds in the yard are two feet high, but this is hanging over the fence.....I don't even like yellow usually.

I think you nailed it. I can't wait. I'm going to try my hand at propagating---I'm going to have to work up the nerve to approach the owners to ask!
