What type of Sans is this?

I went to Home Depot looking for a moonglow sans. They had tons of them in six inch pots. The pots were the decorative glazed type and there were pretty pebbles on top of the soil. This drove up the price to $15. Maybe I'm just too cheap, but I refuse to pay that. Especially since I've seen them for $5 - 7 for the same size.

I bought a cute consolation plant. A sans in a four inch pot that looks just like the moonglow, but the it has dark coloring. What's it called?

Its probably an older moonglow. They lose that whitish look after a while. If it is Moonglow (or AKA Moonshine), the pups will have the color you are associating with Moonglow.

I thought maybe it could be. Possibly...

Only because the base of the leaves on the back of the plant are quite a bit lighter in color. Also along the spines in the back. I was afraid to hope though, and decided to just be happy that I was able to find nice new plant I liked.

It only cost me $2.47! It's been a good day. :-)

New growth will be silver. I would not put it in a glazed pot, it holds in too much water. I noticed that you live in MI okay then put it in a clay pot. Make sure there is no Peat Moss in the mix, as it will cause you trouble. Norma
