Worst case, they can give you a temporary plywood countertop. You can still go live, even if you're waiting on your dream material.

Might want to get the material ordered, word I've gotten is that some colors are experiencing delays as they move factory or some such. Most are still in stock from my supplier.

We couldn't order our Cambria until the cabinets were installed. KD came and did initial rough measure and sent to Cambria for quote. Once we signed, they had someone come and do a laser measure. Then the order went in and a couple days later they called with the approximate install date. That was about 3 weeks after the laser measure. The whole process was about 4-5 weeks but some of that was me needing to be available. The measurements were perfect and the installers were excellent. We are very happy we went with Cambria and love the Cambria Canterbury but they have so many gorgeous ones to choose from.
