We are preparing to paint the house and do some minor remodeling. We will be painting the kitchen CSP-220 Lace Handkerchief (Benjamin Moore). We will also be hanging a light over the peninsula (Eldridge Square Chandelier) in the antique bronze. I've also attached a couple pictures of the kitchen in mid-remodel.

First question is that we will be replacing all of the outlet and wall plates. The rest of the house has been updated with white Lutron Claro wall plates. In the kitchen should we also use white or should we use light almond. I am worried about the "light almond" not being the same for all components depending on the manufacture.

Second, we would like a pendant light that we would hand from the center of the bay window which goes with the chandelier mentioned above. My wife is thinking about hanging a Moravian Star. I'd be interested in receiving some opinions and suggestions. The square chandelier will be hanging where you can see the wire hanging over the peninsula.
