The ferny looking thing is something like water hemlock, the blue flowers are veronica.

They are NOT the same thing as you can clearly see in the 2nd photograph.

It looks like two plants - Veronica persica, growing up into something else.

Excuse me, poison hemlock (conium maculatum) not water hemlock. Anyway, a good way to commit a very painful suicide...don't touch.

    Duh...thanks!!!

Well, the Veronica ID looks correct, although the Water Hemlock doesn't?

Poison Hemlock looks closer, although I'm not sure the leaves quite match, either?

Yes 2 plants as others have said. I'd maybe go for Anthriscus sylvestris for the ferny one but I would not put any money on it from a picture id and I would not take risks with lacy carrot-type plants. Scroll down the linked page for A cautionary video

Dang it, I believe you're right floral. Wow, and it says probably dubiously edible...not that I would dare try, not with look-alike relatives like hemlock. Course I guess that's what they said about the first love apples (aka tomatos).
