Rosso Verona countertop for white cabinets

What do u think about rosso verona granite countertop for white cabinets and beige floor tiles? I like the granite but Im not sure if I should go for something more basic like giallo ornamental. Im very afraid of bright colors and I wonder if rosso verona is perceived as bright. The architect in the store loves it and my sis too but Im not 100% sure.
