Holes in apricot leaves

I planted this apricot spring 2015. It didn't appear to have any health issues last year. A lot of the leaves have holes in them. I thought something was chewing on it, but I couldn't find any bugs anywhere. Could this be Shot Hole? Something else? Anything I could or should do for it now?
I should add that it hasn't been sprayed for any disease or pest.
