Cleaning an oven and stove??

We have an NXR stove and oven that is stainless steal on the outside and porcelain on the inside. We had Thanksgiving at our house last year and there is baked on turkey grease on the inside of the oven and on the stainless steel burners area. What is your best idea or product on how to get this thing clean?! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Look at your owners manual and see what they recommend. You can usually find one online if you don't have it. Or call their customer service number to get advice.

Thank you for your reply. I looked in the manual and called customer service. BotH said "use warm soapy water"...... didn't really help at all. I'm hoping someone might have a great idea.
