There is a On/Off touch sensor with dimmer capability, it is the little round piece on the bottom center of the picture. To connect the mirror to an outside switch you would need to rewire the mirror, I will attach instruction link. We do recommend that all installation and adjustments be done by a licensed electrician. Please follow link bellow for instructions
