You could get two or t hree wrought iron plant stands....different heights and you can also spray paint them different colors....make sure they have a lip around them so the plants sit down in them. And I have a glass wrought iron console table that I put plants on...even have a tall lamp on one end. Got it at Lowes a couple of years ago. I have seen people use wooden benches for plants. For your hanging plants I have seen hooks in the ceiling with a chain and then the hanging pot. Chain can be different colors if you want to paint it or I think they even have plastic chain what would work. You could leave your chair there but bring it forward and may look okay.
