The colour will look more sophisticated and will be more versatile (read neutral) if comes from the stone. There are many colours to choose from with all the different tan, taupe and gray tones that exist in your stone colour all the way up to nearly black in your granite. Something with a similar value or a bit lighter will be the most expansive.

Some colours to look at would be Benjamin Moore's HC-172 Revere Pewter or HC-173 Edgecomb gray in the light warm gray family, CC-490 Stone Hearth as an excellent taupe, or in the tan family, HC-45 Shaker Beige has a pinkish undertone as it appears your stone does as well.

What you do with the cabinet colour depends to a large extent on where your tastes lie on the level of contrast continuum. A deep charcoal stain would really standout and make this room all about the vanity. If you are going for a more natural wood tone, pay attention to the undertone. As it stands right now, the unfinished wood has a yellowy-green undertone and the tile has a pink undertone by comparison.
