nutrient deficiency, water logged or both?

So, this poor josephs coat has been transplanted twice. The first area I had it in, the bud union wasn't deep enough, then I all together moved it to a better spot (Shame on me, I know!) I thought the second spot it would have enough time to recover from for the winter and thrive better there.

It has been battling transplant shock, which I have been tending with offering shade with a lawn chair and watering when pretty droopy.

I had to dig out the area completely, as I had a trumpet vine I wanted GONE! It was filled with garden soil and a complete planting mixture from my local nursery. I didn't fertilize it until about 2-3 weeks after transplanting, when it was looking healthier. I used Jobes organic rose food.

Some of the older growth looks like this. Is it nitrogen or magnesium? Now I'm looking at the picture I see some brown too, is it water logged?!

Then some of the top growth looks like maybe Iron or manganese? Compared to the older growth which is dark green.

If there are nutrient deficiencies, what should I supplement it with?
