Happy pandemic/protest birthday to me.

Well, this is one for the memories. Thinking back to DH’s 50th in December when we had so much fun getting a taco bar and cake at his office. I had planned to be in San Francisco this past week for my conference.


I did Zumba step by Zoom this morning, and we will order takeout tonight. I talked to one of my brothers so far and texted with my MIL, sister, and niece. Spent some snuggly time with kitty.


Thankful for mine and everyone’s health and next year will hopefully be more festive.

      DH picked up some of our favorite tacos, margarita mix,and tequila! MIL came over and sat at the other end of the deck. It was good weather. Heard from the rest of my siblings. So, overall, a good way to end the day. Thanks for the well wishes!

      I honestly don't know the last time I had a margarita, so it was a really good treat. Cabo Wabo tequila, too. Surprisingly, I feel OK this morning considering I really don't drink hard liquor, probably the last time I had a margarita.
