Which BM white paint to use for walls? Urgent!

Getting some renovations done in a hurry and I need to make a decision on paint yesterday. We're also getting the hardwood replaced but that will be happening after. The hardwood will most likely be a light greige. The ceiling is exposed concrete and the overall feel is a bit modern soft loft.
Some looks that I like:
Based on the swatches I picked up, I've been debating between Simply White and Oxford White. But then I saw this photo and now I'm wondering what kind of white this is:
