When can I put my avocado seedlings into full sun?

I have some avo seeds sprouting and forming first leaves. They are in an outdoor, bright full shade area with plastic covering to maintain humidity. The soil is high-drainage. It is blistering hot outside, so I am afraid to put them in sun, but I am worried that they will get really leggy without sun exposure. I have some grafted trees in small pots in an area with 40 percent shade cloth on the sides and a 100 percent shade on top. They are doing well there. I could move my seedlings to this area, but their pots are just 1 liter and could dry out pretty fast. From tomorrow I have two weeks' vacation, so I could water twice a day and mist. Should I remove their plastic covers, send them to the filtered sun area and let them feel the sun and heat more?
