Paint color to go with pink-beige bathroom tile

Wanting to repaint our master bath, hoping to brighten things up a bit. West-facing window, and the wall color is currently SW Oyster Bay. What color would you suggest to go with this 2000s pink-beige tile??

I would get paint chips that match the tile and then go on the same strip and to the adjacent strips and look at the palest version on those strips. That may get you a near-white with a bit of the tile color in it.

Try whites that match the tub ..as that seems to diminish the pink in the tile

I agree the white idea. Any other color with that of pink will look mismatched.

palimpest's is a lead, into the fan's analogous color options, which could be a few strips one way or the other.

Gray but darker than the tile. 808080 Trolley Gray? Would look good with the black fixtures. It may not lighten the room but it will lighten the tile and add drama.

How many brightening items are there in the room? possibly a new color - I like peachy pink sunset colors all together!

Brighter isn’t always achieved with off whites. Check out teals, aquas and those green blue sea colors. Find sea/beach Art you love and draw inspiration from that. Improve lighting for lighter, brighter look.

Tan, flat white, satin white, avoid latex, and rust oleum, chips are good peels are bad, and you can gloss or seal it all with oil based polyurethane. Theoretically you can mix any color you want yourself. Add tiny little bits at a time in a small little dish and keep track of the weights and then scale it up.
