So I checked Facebook today to find that Schluter has in fact set up a meeting with this fellow in Ohio. It might be as speedy as the guy would like but getting someone to your home is key.

Dumb question: How do I find out if any of those companies have local support? I sort of suspect none of them do as I'm in what is called a "No Man's Land" when it comes to services.
