I like the idea of an off white tone for the sink. Would play well with the warm tones of your cabinets and bronze fixtures. Plus it's not something you see every day - most popular color is white. For the floor, I would recommend going much darker than the cabinets, a cocoa color would contrast nicely. As far as backsplash, I can't advise without knowing what color predominates in your granite - is it dark, or light, etc?

Biscuit.

It all depends on the cabinets color. White sink is classic and it goes with everything. But if you want biscuit make sure you see it next to your kitchen cabinets. Sometimes biscuit sink doesn't look good with the off white glazed cabinets, again it depends on the kitchen cabinets color.

Either would work. If you like everything to match go biscuit.
