Sorry, there is no fast, cheap easy way to take a plan and convert it to a 3D drawing. Sketch up is difficult to master, even minimal boxes aren't easy and you need to work at it on a daily basis. A 3D cadd program is very expensive and still requires an understanding of CAD and architecture.
If you don't even have elevations, sections and details and are only looking at plans, you are a ways off from construction.

You might be able find a rendering artist on line where you upload your drawing and then they do a 3D rendering for you for at a cost, but having scaled elevations with dimensions is required. And little to no guarantee that what they render is what you have on the plans.

Are you working without an architect or designer? If you are not, why not hire a professional to review your plans on an hourly basis to walk/talk you through the drawings. It would money well spent.
If you are, this is a conversation you can have with your design professional.

Highlight on the plans the areas and dimensions you don't understand, go to open houses with a tape measure (sorry sales agents) or go around your own house and measure things to compare in real time what is drawn.

Good luck, the best experience comes from making mistakes and learning from them. Using a professional to guide you is a way to use their experience to avoid them.

We are using an architect, can not imagine those who do not.

It is easier to learn to read a 2D floorplan than it is to learn to use 3D CAD software.
