I would never be able to id your rose. Just wanted to add how beautiful they are.

Do you know if your father bought new roses or did he plant cuttings from his neighbors?

Do you know which countries were exporting roses into Yugoslavia in the 1980s?

You might try posting your photos on helpmefind.com/roses, where there are a number of very knowledgeable European rosarians posting. Your lovely roses are almost certainly not American and probably, wild guess, not British either. Even wilder and more farfetched guess, I would tend to wonder if they came from Noack in Germany.

Rose is not cuttings and not from seeds. That rose is produced in Yugoslavia and it is definitely not from USA (or yes...). And I suspect it is imported from Germany but that data is complicated to found now after separating Yugoslavia to couple countries... Also I agree it is less possible to bi British roses. Date of introduction must be before 1995/1990 and i can still tell maybe before 1980 but I'm can be sure for that...
