I'd love to have colored cabinets on the bottom and white on top in our beach house. But I have two floor to ceiling pantries. Which color should they be??

Why not make the pantries a third, accent color. I would go with a brighter/stronger color for them. Considering that the two pantries are on opposite sides of the kitchen, doing this could be very dramatic and still keep the overall look of the kitchen balanced. Keep the two colors on the base and upper cabinets more "neutral" shades -- even if that "neutral" is a blue or a green -- using the "heavier" color on the base cabinets and the lighter color on the uppers. Especially since this is a beach house, have fun with it!

I have accent walls in my entry and living room that show off very large windows (living room), an upper walkway(looks like it floats between the bedrooms and beautiful entry door with side panels. Should be thinking about linking the color hue to be brought into the kitchen/dining area? I will be selling my home in a couple years and want to appeal to the young buyers. Thanks!
