The existing 1960 era family room has been saved and cleverly meshed into the new modern kitchen- eating area. Note how the hard wood floor has been used throughout the kitchen and borders the family room to tie the project together. Beautiful marble counter tops have been installed on semi-custom kitchen cabinets that have been finished to blend in with the vintage paneling. Note the use of the clever pop up plug in the kitchen island.
