This master bath serves as a warm, welcoming, and elegant retreat. It blends traditional and contemporary elements, creating a classic and timeless design. His and hers vanities provide our clients with their own spaces, and a custom bench adds storage. Light emperador marble tiles blanket the floor, while dark emperador marble is used for the vanity tops and shower jambs. The cream colored, painted cabinetry with a glazed finish contrasts against the dark countertops and adds richness to the space. A glass and stone mosaic used as the vanity backsplashes and accent in the shower adds a striking detail which ties the entire space together. In the shower, taupe colored tiles create a neutral backdrop from which the glass and stone mosaic stands out. The pebble shower floor, mirrored medicine cabinets, frameless glass enclosure, and glass accents in the mosaic provide the space with contemporary elements, while the door style of the cabinetry and the use of natural stone throughout suggest a more traditional design. The decorative hardware and plumbing fixtures are a perfect blend of the two styles. The mixture of materials throughout the master bath strikes a unique and beautiful balance of texture and tone.

This master bath serves as an adult retreat with timeless design, architectural interest, and a classic look that will last throughout the years. A drop-in soaking tub, large frameless glass shower, and his and hers vanities flanking the entrance to the shower create a grand feeling in the space while keeping the atmosphere calm and soothing. The dark wood of the cabinetry provides a warm, rich feeling which contrasts the light and airy ambience of the rest of the space. Neutral colored porcelain tile on the main floor and throughout the shower, as well as the crema marfil countertops, provide a delicate feel and accent the dark wood beautifully. A custom alcove above the tub was designed to complement the rest of the cabinetry and provides the space with extra storage. A custom designed tile layout was incorporated in the shower and features a harlequin border which gives the space unique detailing. The harlequin border was also used to surround the tub in order to tie the areas of the bathroom together.

Before the remodel, this was a t typical 1950's hall bath with tub and small vanity with formica counters. We replaced it with a contemporary bath in southing blues, aquas, grey and white. The countertop is BioGlass -- recycled, fused glass countertop, large above counter sink, and triple medicine cabinet. Custom alder floating cabinets span the length of the wall. The 4x12 glass tile is is graduated vertically in color from dark aqua to light blue. With a row of 1x4 dark aqua tile on the floor under the floating vanity.

This shower is absolutely gorgeous. From the one-piece granite wall slabs & ceiling, to the bronze fixtures and huge rain head, this shower was almost perfect before we even got there. After adding the frame-less glass shower enclosure with matching bronze hardware and an operable transom, this shower looks like it should be on display. Another example of how everyone came together to create a bathroom centerpiece anyone would love to have.

A large rectangle bathtub is the perfect spot for relaxing at the end of a long day. Connected to the stand up shower, the space is unified by the tile work. Two windows were added for ample natural light.

This Master Bath recreates the character of the farmhouse while adding all the modern amenities. The slipper tub, the stone hexagon tiles, the painted wainscot, and the natural wood vanities all add texture and detail.

For this modern master bathroom, we worked extensively with the client to capture his vision of the bathroom and brought our expertise and finishing touches to bear. The master bathroom features floating SOLLiD Cabinetry Frameless Series – Elegante II Satin X cabinets. We added the central stacked cabinet for additional storage since there was minimal space in the bathroom and existing closet. The cabinet pulls are Key West Jeffrey Alexander by Hardware Resources and the countertops are Pental Quartz Misterio. The modern effect is finished off with motion activated under cabinet lighting
For the rest of the space, we removed the water closet to open the space and bring in more natural light from the existing window. We also removed the existing glass block and added a larger bathroom window for more natural lighting and a larger feel for the space. We replaced the tub deck and bathtub with a Whitehaus free standing tub and used two framed columns in the shower to add separation without closing off the space for the dual shower heads the client wanted. The clear frameless glass finishes off the shower enclosure while still maintaining sightlines through to the back of the space. Finally, a barn door was added to lend privacy to the space without sacrificing active areas.
The finishes are all geared toward a modern aesthetic with Alfi Brand plumbing fixtures (we love the large square rain head!), LED Recessed lights, subway tile and grey wood plank tile. The barn door is a Rustica Hardware 5 Panel door with a stainless steel Industric handle and a stainless steel Bent Strap track painted to match the cabinets.

Amazing Spaces
The tub was eliminated in favor of a large walk-in shower featuring double shower heads, multiple shower sprays, a steam unit, two wall-mounted teak seats, a curbless glass enclosure and a minimal infinity drain. Additional floor space in the design allowed us to create a separate water closet. A pocket door replaces a standard door so as not to interfere with either the open shelving next to the vanity or the water closet entrance. We kept the location of the skylight and added a new window for additional light and views to the yard. We responded to the client’s wish for a modern industrial aesthetic by featuring a large metal-clad double vanity and shelving units, wood porcelain wall tile, and a white glass vanity top. Special features include an electric towel warmer, medicine cabinets with integrated lighting, and a heated floor. Industrial style pendants flank the mirrors, completing the symmetry.
