This is such a super update to a basic ranch! Curious to know what wood you used for the floors (oak? ash?), and what was used for the cabinetry, and what finish you used, as it has a very pleasing sheen. Also curious about the under-counter fridges, and how they've worked out: I've read good and bad - handy, but don't maintain an even temperature particularly well.
