Eric designed and general contracted our kitchen remodel. His estimates of both time and cost were accurate and reasonable given our design choices. What stood out was Eric's attention to detail on the design and specifications. More than once, we had contractors or suppliers say 'we know that Eric's measurements are always spot-on' Eric was available and present throughout all phases of the project from design, to materials selection, demolition, rough in and finish work. Eric's sub contractors also stood out as excellent. They were tidy, timely and put great care into there work. As compared to a recent bath remodel, Eric's 'crew' was more talented and tightly coordinated. The tile work in particular was outstanding. We'd recommend Baywolf Dalton and would look forward to using them again.

Eric Dalton, half of Baywolf Dalton, did a great job on our kitchen backsplash remodel in December 2017. He took careful notes on our kitchen, gave us a fair and reasonable bid, showed us his favorite sample tile, and we hit "go." The tile mason's work was perfect. Easiest remodel of our midcentury house we've undertaken, and we are very happy with the result. All around excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Installed washer and dryer in condo. Having done the same work in several other condos in the building Eric and subcontractors have the experience and knowledge to do the job well. I am very happy with the results.

Sometimes "the no go" is even more beneficial than the "go." We were extremely fortunate to having secured advise from the Daltons once they came to our home and reviewed with us our contemplated remodel. Their questions regarding our project were succinct, pointed, sometimes uncomfortable, but very, very useful.. They know "their stuff" which in our case led us away from a very costly misadventure. For this we are grateful.

Nancy and Eric are true professionals. Scheduled meetings were honored and on time, bid information was comprehensive and clear about what was and what wasn't covered, work was done within a reasonable time period, punch list items were reviewed and completed to our satisfaction, work not done to our satisfaction (of which there was very little) was redone until we were happy. We felt that Eric and Nancy genuinely cared about our remodel and our satisfaction. We will use Baywolf Dalton for any future projects and highly recommend their services. THANK YOU!

We are a small artisan tile company that has had the pleasure of working with Nancy Dalton of Baywolf Dalton, Inc on multiple occasions. It is always wonderful for us to see how she manages to incorporate our tiles into the most beautiful installations and designs. Judging from the way she is 100% committed and involved in her projects, we are confident that she gives her customers an amazing experience. As a result, we know that she reflects our product in the best light. When we asked her about her projects, she was quick to reply and happily kept us updated. Eric designed and oversaw the installation of a kitchen remodel for us. The job had some fairly tight constraints in terms of both space and budget. He oversaw things calmly and competently. The things we most appreciated were: 1) The design made very good use of our small space. Even though the foot print of the kitchen is the same I estimate that we have about 30% more storage space.as well as some additional counter workspace. 2) He really understood our taste and priorities. He even included a dining "room" for our cat. 3) The cabinets are solid and the wood is high quality. 4) The work was done carefully and things were kept tidy during the work. Things did take a bit longer than expected but there were no major hitches and Eric kept things moving along.

We had 2 bathroom remodels by 2 contractors and knew we wanted more for our kitchen remodel. Our neighbors had used Baywolf Dalton, told us how pleased they were and showed us their kitchen. We contacted Baywolf Dalton to do our kitchen. The work was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. My husband is an architect with a sharp eye and he was very pleased with the end result! Some of our friends have taken photos of our kitchen for their own kitchen project. The work was performed in 2011. In March 2016, we had an overused kitchen cabinet door hinge needing an adjustment. (Everyone in the family uses it for breakfast!) I phoned Baywolf Dalton in the morning and the hinge was adjusted by the same evening, no charge. At our request, we were shown how to make an adjustment if needed. Amazing to have a house call without a service charge, just a friendly smile!

I loved meeting Nancy and consulting with her on a bathroom renovation project. She was thorough, thoughtful, and had great ideas to make the project more cost effective. I would recommend her to friends and will definitely work with her in the future.

Baywolf Dalton, Inc. was hired to completely redo one main floor bathroom. The project included a complete demolition of existing tile, plaster walls, floor tile, cabinets, etc. The bathroom was rebuilt with new tiled shower, removal of bathtub, Rutt cabinets, all new appliances, electrical and all new systems. The company provided very specific drawings, measurements, recommended materials, and listened to our wishes on everything. The sub contractors were very courteous and respected our privacy. The project was completed on budget and a few check list items have been taken care of. We think the bathroom looks wonderful and we feel the cost of the project was worthwhile. We would hire Baywolf Dalton, Inc for another project and are very pleased.
