I have worked with Rachel on a number of her home staging projects the one in particular I am referring to is the one located on the Danforth. This home was very run down. She chose the paint colours and instructed wall modifications and movement of light fixtures. I was one of the persons who participated in the construction. CM Staging staged my home when I lived in the Lawrence Park area. Rachel was professional and very knowledgeable of different room designs and eras. She was able to date some of my furniture pieces and blend them beautifully with her own pieces and accents. My home sold before the day after the agent open house. We are on the market for 3 days.
