We hired FCM to install new flooring in our whole house and to remodel our master bathroom and closet, Marcela was on top of every detail. She designed the new master bathroom and closet, helped us pick materials and supervised the workers. I'm beyond satisfied with the overall result. Soon we will be remodeling our kitchen and will sure hire FCM again! Marcela, thank you for all the hard work and dedication you put in this project!

I used FCM Remodelings to repair flood damage from Harvey. I am happy with their work, and would use them again. I was extremely impressed with their cabinetmaker, and added additional cabinets to the project. I felt that the work was done at a fair price, and in as short of time as was possible considering the workload after Harvey.

Marcela redesigned and renovated my kitchen first. Overall, I am very satisfied with her work. Then I hired her to renovate my bathrooms. The project took longer than expected and the results were not nearly as good as the kitchen. Mainly, the delays were due to the tile guy. His work was slow and the quality poor (tile was not square and the mud was 1/2 thinker at the top of the walls than at the bottom). There was a problem with standup shower. About 3 months after the project was complete, we noticed part of the sheet rock beginning to bubble. Multiple calls to Marcela went unanswered. We finally called in another sheet rock guy who, along with my husband discovered her tile guy did not grout the inside of the step into the shower and water was leaking into the wall. Again, calls to Marcela went unanswered and we ended up paying for the repairs. Marcela is a nice person, but I think she spreads herself too thin and as a result, jobs are not what they could be. Not comfortable recommending her to anyone.

LOVED working with Marcela. She is a total delight and knows her stuff. She was incredibly patient with me as I changed the scope and decisions a number of times. At the end of the day, we love our new bathrooms and because of her, incorporated some cool features that we didn't know were even possible. Floor Coverings and More took our ordinary white-tiled, "boxed in" shower and tub and replaced it with a beautiful "spa-like experience". The designer, Marcela, not only listened to our wants and needs concerning our bath and shower, but she and her crew fully delivered a customized and professional product. From every tile that was grouted to the final glass cut and installed, they were there, on time, and available. Thank you Floor Coverings and More for making this project a reality!
