Kristin helped us with a small living room project. We were struggling to find what we wanted, how to work the room, what would work, and voila, she showed us a whole slew of options/new brands/manufacturers to check out, which resulted in us ending up with exactly what we wanted but even better! She got our style and she understood our random ideas/concepts and could translate those into options. She's also very personable and responsive.

Kristin is great for putting together your various staging needs. For a very reasonable fee, she will put together a market report where she assesses what should be done to get your property in top notch form. Then you can pick and choose what makes the most design (and $$) sense. I love her exterior design sensibility; choosing beautiful plants and ways to increase curb appeal.

Kristin is not only an excellent designer and real estate stager, but she's an absolute delight to work with. Her design sense is wonderful ,and her rapport with clients is warm, sensitive and positive, kind and professional. I've worked with her on a number of my listings. She can make a vacant house stunning, or collaborate with clients to work with what they have or use a hybrid of those approaches. I really value her flexible approach and her wonderful way of accommodating my clients needs and budget. She does not have a "cookie-cutter" approach to staging, but responds to the home and environment and client. Kristin is first on my list! She's just the best!
