Hand-carved of albesia wood, a pis bolong coin centers the woven pandan leaf cover of this handsome photo album. Komang Sulaksana designs the album for 4x6 photos, fitting four on each rice straw paper page with slits. Doorslag paper between the pages protects the photos. Bound with cotton and adorned with a cinnamon stick and agel details, the album holds 80 photos. Brought to Bali from China, the pis bolong is now used for Hindu ceremonies.
