I called New Vista Renovations to install a Level 2 Car Charger and replace a door at my home. I found Mike and his crew to be punctual, professional and highly knowledgeable. Their prices were competitive with other bids but what stood out for me was how he described the process of replacing the door. He said that if done right there should be minimal damage to the stucco. The other contractors had told me they planned to remove 6"-10" of stucco around the existing door to remove it then had hoped to match the new stucco with the old but cautioned that it would be difficult. Mike worked on the door and did exactly as he described. His attention to detail and quality were excellent. The door operates perfectly, no gaps and looks great. He also took care of all permits/drawings needed for the project and the electrician did a great job with the install. Even the city inspector was complimentary on the work. I highly recommend New vista Renovations.

Thank you for this feedback! It is great to hear that you are satisfied with the outcome of this project. This door looks great; no stucco work needed! Communications with building department can sometimes seem daunting or time consuming - if this is something our customers are unfamiliar with. We are always able and interested in taking any related stress from our customers in this way. Hopefully we will be able to install another modern vehicle charger into another home in the future, this was a fun and forward-thinking project for us!

I contacted New Vista Renovation in May 2017 to do various home maintenance including fence repair, exterior fixture placement, electrical issues, exterior door placement, pocket door repair, toilet install, dry wall repair and shower re-caulk. I received a call within 24 hours from my email request for an estimate. The office staff was friendly and personable following up with emails and phone calls. All work was completed when promised and performed as outlined on the original estimate. Mike and his crew were prompt, professional and left everything clean upon leaving for the day. I will hire New Vista Renovation again! Thank you Mike and Sara.

I met the crew at New Vista Renovation when they came to my business as a client. I started to follow them on facebook and really liked the work that I saw. After speaking with Mike about a few different projects in my home, I knew he was the person to call. My first experience with them was to completely replace the existing piping for a bathroom sink. The entire system was corroded and we were surprised that it had not burst. There were no hidden charges. He did not try to upgrade me to more expensive parts or poke around for more jobs to do. He saw what needed to be done and did it in the most effective manor. My husband and I appreciate that he offered us advice on the other parts of our huge remodel endeavor and was quite complimentary of the work that my husband had already accomplished. I will have New Vista Renovation out to do more work as we stumble across it in the near future. I'm very grateful that they found ME!

We are in process of collaborating on several projects. I find Michael (GC) to be professional, courteous and honest. Sara (Office Manager) is excellent at fielding information and insuring that projects move forward. They have a solid team and are going to be forerunner in the next generation of A+ General Contractors here in the Sacramento Region.
