“I purchased the Winestation Pristine Plus for our NYC loft during a gut renovation in 2011. It started when we decided that we did not want a microwave in our new kitchen. That left a space in the oven stack and got us thinking about what we would want in its place. We found Napa Technologies online and decided that a wine dispenser would be *much* more useful to us than a microwave, so decided to buy one. Both the product and service have exceeded our expectations. The product is amazing -- it keeps wine fresh for months, and allows us to drink exactly the amount we want. Instead of trying to finish a bottle in one day, we drink a glass of wine every night (which, medical research tells us, is healthy for men over 45). As for the service, Napa Technologies has been super responsive. Once early in my ownership i couldn't figure out how the programming worked (simple operator error) and the support person called me back from his cell phone outside of business hours. Furthermore, as Napa Technologies has evolved some parts of the product, they have kept me abreast of developments, and i have always enjoyed the latest technology available for the unit. Truly high-end service for a high-end product. Enough raving -- i'm going to go have 3 ounces of well-preserved, carefully metered wine . . .”
