“I recently ordered kitchen appliances from AJ Madison. I was HIGHLY impressed with the sales representative we connected with over the phone. He was knowledgeable and helpful to answer all of our questions. We were reticent to purchase anything as large as a kitchen appliance over the phone from a website we had never used before. This experience would send me back there immediately should I need another appliance. With the winter weather impacting our delivery, they were quick to tell us where things were and the progress of our order. A couple of extra pieces we ordered did not arrive with the main shipment. They located them, made sure they were sent, and followed up to make sure we received them. I was extremely happy with AJ Madison and I LOVE the Verona range and vent-a-hood as well as the Advantium oven I chose. The bonus was that they beat the price over any in-town competitors.”

“Appliance World of Huntington is a great resource. The showroom has quite a few working kitchens with built in appliances from Sub-Zero/Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Jenn-Aire, KitchenAid, Dacor and Miele, including built in steamers and fryers, steam ovens, and wine coolers. They also have pieces from Bertazzoni, Aga, Summit, American Range, and Electrolux not even to name them all, and many other interesting appliances for both indoor and outdoor use, for every want and need. For my clients on Long Island, the experience is a good one as the staff are knowledgeable and personable. As a kitchen designer, I have been working with Appliance World of Huntington for 19+ years and have always been thrilled with their expertise and service.”

“We are builders of custom homes in Southeastern Connecticut. We have been working with CAFD since 2005 and have nothing but great things to say about them. The huge product selection, knowledgeable staff and their ability to fill orders complete 99.9% of the time is so important to our success that I just have to say thank you. The showroom is gorgeous and the friendly veteran sales people know their stuff. Southington is a bit of a haul from Southeastern CT but every client I have sent there has been totally satisfied and found it well worth the trip. Where else can you go and see such diverse product selections like GE, Viking, Wolf, Bosch, Heatilator Fireplaces and Home Theater under one roof? They even hand delivered a cooktop to a client in St. Thomas USVI for me a few years ago. Now that is customer service. Keep up the good work CAFD. Norton C.
