“BEST PLACE TO BUY HIGH END APPLIANCES IN RICHMOND! Based on a stellar recommendation from a friend we went here to replace our old built in refrigerator and dishwasher that had failed. We had one of the best customer experiences you could ever hope for.. Walter gave us honest advice and guidance. When SubZ was on back order for several weeks, they allowed us to have their floor sample. It took our cabinet maker 5 months to make our custom panel. ACS was so kind that they let us use their refrigerator panel and handles from the showroom floor while we waited. We are forever grateful. Thomas made 3 or 4 visits to our house to make sure our tricky installation was perfect. Walter was always easy to get a hold of and quickly responded to my emails. Do not go anywhere else unless you don't care about personal customer service.”
