I was going through a very stressful process with another contractor and reached out to Acadian design for some expert support. They responded quickly, worked with my schedule and needs to help support the existing process and find the right solutions. they were very transparent and fair about the process and costs. the team was responsive and knowledgeable… though I wasn’t able to be on site with them, I had excellent feedback on the expertise and attitude of the engineer that visited. It all too SO much stress off my shoulders. I felt very taken care of and appreciated as a customer. Would absolutely not hesitate to recommend.

Acadia helped us with obtaining a permit for our structure. We are extremely thankful to Acadia for the service they provided. They were very professional, punctual, very responsive, and supportive throughout the process.

We hired Acadia Design Consultants in summer 2020 to design the space for a new two-car parking pad and to secure the necessary permits for us. It was challenging during the pandemic, but they took care of everything and took the worry off our shoulders. They were able to quickly obtain the permits in no time flat. I selected Max and his team at Acadia to help me legalize my basement apartment in the Brampton Area. From the very first call, Max was professional and prompt. He was able to consult with us within 24 hours and was always accessible by phone and email when we had questions. Our experience with Acadia Drafting were absolutely great. We wanted to remove part of our back wall and put in French doors and add in a new deck. We knew we needed a permit but had not had much experience with this type of work. Acadia staff came to our house and were able to create excellent plans / blue-prints.
